Responsibility and scope

GUEDJIG Sanaa Hassna, the sole proprietor operating NYVOLT, is responsible for requests sent to the editors. Contact details appear in the legal notice. This page concerns the magazine; stores and external services have their own policies.

Browsing the magazine

The magazine has no reader account, subscription form, or advertising analytics added by the editors. Photographs are served with the magazine’s pages. Video thumbnails come from YouTube: displaying them connects to that service even without activating the player. The hosting provider may process technical data necessary to deliver and secure the service, including IP addresses and connection logs, under its privacy policy.

YouTube videos: voluntary activation

A YouTube player loads only after you click its activation button. This connects to Google services and may enable tracking technologies under their rules. Leave the page to close the player, or use the direct YouTube link. See Google’s privacy policy for its processing practices and your settings.

Contact form

The optional name, email address, subject and message entered in the form are stored privately by the site to handle and follow up on your enquiry. A temporary technical fingerprint helps limit abusive submissions. Messages are not displayed publicly. Editorial inquiries are processed on the publisher’s legitimate interest in managing correspondence and correcting content. Send only relevant information.

Recipients include the people handling the request and technical providers needed to transmit or host it. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to address and follow up on the request; material required by law or necessary to defend legal rights may be archived for the applicable period.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and exercise your right to object. Email contact@nyvolt.fr. You may also complain to the CNIL. Data processed by external services is also subject to those services’ request procedures.
